Core Job Responsibilities

Educate users, provide tips and tricks
Constantly monitor individual queue to resolve routine desktop issues and requests
Coordinate support with dispatch technician
Escalate issues to supervisor as appropriate
Obtain and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Comply with the desktop group practices and procedures
Update remedy and other data repositories as appropriate in a timely manner.
Achieve target ticket volume and ticket resolution levels
Fixed asset management
Coordinate with local 3rd party IT service providers (procurement/maintenance/support)
Network infrastructure support
Personal skills

Be a team player
Be able to explain technical concepts to lay audience (non-technical/soft-skilled people, customers, business partners, etc.)
Quick learner, self-motivated
Strong organizational, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to the details
Good communication skills
